  • Manage the full hiring process—sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles (especially Creative & Livestream roles).
  • Work with hiring managers to understand their needs and guide them through the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates and promote SKINTIFIC's culture.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and job market conditions.

Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 years in recruitment, ideally in the beauty or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong skills in talent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Able to follow WFO policy.
