  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop ”out-of-the-box” strategies and plans for talent acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Generate a high volume of quality candidates under a tight deadline
  • Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in competitive markets.
  • Leverage industry networks and recruitment platforms to source high-quality candidates.
  • Monitor and improve recruitment workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and standards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast and address staffing needs.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and job fairs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field from reputable university;
  • 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the commercial, supply chain, or operations sectors.
  • Proven success in senior-level recruitment and team management.
  • Prior experience in a FMCG, tobacco company or related industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
