Job description:

  • Develop and plan mass hiring recruitment strategies according to the needs of the company and related departments.
  • Develop a schedule for mass hiring recruitment activities, including open recruitment, job fairs, and other recruitment events.
  • Identify effective sources of prospective candidates for the mass hiring process, including social media, job portals, and collaboration with educational institutions or communities.
  • Manage the entire mass hiring recruitment process, including distributing vacancies, organizing incoming applications, and verifying the completeness of applicant documents.
  • Screen and conduct initial selection through short interviews or written tests to ensure the suitability of candidates for the company's needs.
  • Arrange interview schedules with selected candidates and coordinate with other teams involved in the selection process.
  • Provide reports on the progress of the mass hiring recruitment process.
  • Manage and document all candidate data involved in the mass hiring process, both those accepted and those not.
  • Create statistical reports on the number of candidates accepted, those who did not pass, and the reasons for selection.

Qualification:

  • Minimum education D3 from any major.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in large-scale recruitment (mass hiring).
  • Experience in canvassing/visiting/door-to-door recruitment.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience recruiting Sales and Marketing positions and have a database of those positions.
  • Able to work in the field and interact directly with many people.
  • Result-oriented and able to work with tight targets.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Willing to work with a flexible schedule, including outside working hours if needed, during mass hiring events.
  • Can join immediately.
