Main Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment plans according to company needs, post job advertisements, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and follow up on the recruitment process.
- Maintain and expand recruitment channels to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment efforts.
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, regularization, and transfer procedures, and manage and maintain employee records.
- Execute employment contracts, manage employee relations, including attendance and performance statistics.
- Organize and conduct employee training activities to enhance employee capabilities and qualities.
- Assist in the development of employee career development plans and talent pipeline strategies.
- Assist in the formulation and improvement of company personnel management systems and workflows, and oversee their implementation.
- Participate in the formulation and optimization of human resources policies.
- Assist in organizing company culture and team-building activities.
- Complete other tasks assigned by senior leadership.
Relevant Experience and Qualification Requirements
- Educational Requirements:Bachelor's Degree
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in Chinese and Indonesian.
- Professional Requirements: Familiarity with recruitment, training, performance management, and other related HR functions.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience, including at least 1 year of relevant experience in this position.

- Soft Skills Requirements (e.g., personality, work skills, ethics, cultural fit, etc.): Excellent expression, communication, and coordination skills; meticulous, optimistic, calm, and composed, with a dedicated and hardworking spirit.
