Main Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute recruitment plans according to company needs, post job advertisements, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and follow up on the recruitment process.
  2. Maintain and expand recruitment channels to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment efforts.
  3. Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, regularization, and transfer procedures, and manage and maintain employee records.
  4. Execute employment contracts, manage employee relations, including attendance and performance statistics.
  5. Organize and conduct employee training activities to enhance employee capabilities and qualities.
  6. Assist in the development of employee career development plans and talent pipeline strategies.
  7. Assist in the formulation and improvement of company personnel management systems and workflows, and oversee their implementation.
  8. Participate in the formulation and optimization of human resources policies.
  9. Assist in organizing company culture and team-building activities.
  10. Complete other tasks assigned by senior leadership.

Relevant Experience and Qualification Requirements

  1. Educational Requirements:Bachelor's Degree
  2. Language Requirements: Proficiency in Chinese and Indonesian.
  3. Professional Requirements: Familiarity with recruitment, training, performance management, and other related HR functions.
  4. Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience, including at least 1 year of relevant experience in this position.
  5. Skill Certificates/Award Requirements: /
  6. Soft Skills Requirements (e.g., personality, work skills, ethics, cultural fit, etc.): Excellent expression, communication, and coordination skills; meticulous, optimistic, calm, and composed, with a dedicated and hardworking spirit.
  7. Other Essential Requirements: Good health.
