Role Summary:
A Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talent for various positions, with a focus on blue-collar hospitality roles. This position involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sourcing candidates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to attract top-tier talent, particularly for blue-collar hospitality roles.
- Conduct market analysis to identify talent pools, emerging recruitment trends, and competitor strategies to stay ahead in sourcing.
- Use data and analytics to track recruitment performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize processes.
- Enhance the company’s employer brand through targeted marketing and outreach efforts, ensuring the company is seen as an employer of choice in the blue-collar hospitality sector.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve the candidate experience at every touchpoint, from application to onboarding.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on the outsourcing industry, especially within blue-collar hospitality roles.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns for field positions, particularly in operational or fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, labor market trends, and recruitment methods relevant to blue-collar and hospitality sectors.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software to manage large candidate pipelines and streamline the hiring process.
Skills:
- Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the recruitment process.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner.
- Expertise in offer negotiation, ensuring both candidate and company expectations are met, especially in high-demand sectors.
