Responsibility:

  • Develop and plan mass hiring recruitment strategies according to the company's and related departments' needs.
  • Prepare a schedule for mass hiring recruitment activities, including open recruitment, job fairs, and other hiring events.
  • Identify effective candidate sources for the mass hiring process, including social media, job portals, and partnerships with educational institutions or communities.
  • Manage the entire mass hiring recruitment process, including job posting, organizing incoming applications, and verifying applicants' document completeness.
  • Screen and conduct initial selection through brief interviews or written tests to ensure candidate suitability with company needs.
  • Schedule interviews with selected candidates and coordinate with other teams involved in the selection process.
  • Provide reports on the progress of the mass hiring recruitment process.
  • Manage and document all candidate data involved in the mass hiring process, both those accepted and those not.
  • Create statistical reports on the number of accepted candidates, rejected candidates, and selection reasons.

Qualification:

  • Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) from any major.
  • At least 2 years of experience in large-scale recruitment (mass hiring).
  • Experience in canvassing/visits/door-to-door recruitment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting for Sales and Marketing positions and having a database for these roles.
  • Able to work in the field and interact directly with many people.
  • Results-oriented and able to work with tight targets.
  • Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willing to work with a flexible schedule, including outside regular working hours if needed during mass hiring events.
  • Available to join immediately.
