Talent Acquisition:

  • Responsible in supporting recruitment projects (such as assisting and being involved in onboarding, market visits, and mill visits).
  • Create and maintain a talent pipeline.
  • In charge of CV Screening, scheduling candidates' psychological tests, interviewing candidates, scheduling candidates' interviews with users, and hiring new employees.

Employer Branding:

  • Support @lifeatkcsoftex social media (content planning, design, execution, etc)

Requirements:

  • Majoring in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
  • Available for 3 months period.
  • Final-year students and still active in college.
  • Have an experience handle social media.
  • Good written and communication skills – both English and Indonesia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsof Word, Excel and Power point)
  • Interested in Recruitment.
  • Get used to recruitment tools.
  • Having design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Corel draw, etc) is a must.
