The Job Scope :
- Performing an extensive array of administrative tasks, including the local offices administration.
- Drive improvement on reporting metrics and analytics related to sales activities, pipeline and performance.
- Create and distribute sales reports, dashboards and intelligence to sales leader and other cross functional departments.
- Advocate ad-hoc reporting of sales reports for salesperson & leader.
- Day to day support of field sales team that includes reinforcing best practices, problem solving and resolution of issues.
- Assist with the management, organization, optimization of sales territories, accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities.
- Improve processes to drive greater sales activity.
- Be the subject-matter experience for advanced level CRM support.
- Facilitate sales onboarding & new hire setup in sales applications.
- Provide training and create enablement materials for users as new Sales applications are deployed.
- Drive specific projects from start to finish, representing the interests of Sales Leader and Operations as subject matter expert.
- Perform operational tasks to maintain data quality in all stages of our deals in CRM.
- Ensure our processed are followed by daily checking of New Leads, Contacts, Opportunities and Account in CRM.
- Facilitate regular sales pipeline reviews and ensure that all deals are updated by our salespeople.
- Monitor CRM reporting, KPIs and SLAs.
- Identify gaps in our processes and tools. Contribute to our process documentation and internal knowledge base.
- Assist our salespeople in the sales process and provide them support if needed.
- Quotation creation & discuss with sales leader to give best price on the ongoing project.
- Processing PO from Reseller to internal team (Finance) & do RFP (Request for Procurement) to regional team.
- Following up Inbound Leads.
- Processing Deal Registration to Principal Partner Portal for active deals to get pricing from the principal.
