- Set KPI, Policy, and Incentive Scheme for Sales Team
- Conduct Sales performance analysis to identify key issues and improvement points
- Administrative data handling and analysis, such as, processing raw data, creating simple data modeling, data visualization (graph, table, chart), etc.
- Create business analysis, such as, able to do the analysis of any key metrics business to give insight for management and other teams for better decision making
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 4 years of working experience as a SO or similar role from HomeCredit, Akulaku or KreDivo
- Strong executional abilities and cross-functional stakeholder management
- High attention to detail and strongly meticulous
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Excel/ and Google workspace platform (Google Meet, Doc, Sheets, Forms, and Slides), Tableau Prep, Tableau Desktop or other data processing software
- Strong work ethics and performance-driven
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal format in English
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced and iterative environment
- Ability to be innovative strategically and operationally
