E-commerce Operation Specialist(A92356)
Job Description:
1.Oversee the operation and management of official self-operated stores across various platforms, responsible for sales, profit, personnel efficiency, and new product projects.
2.Assist in planning and executing sales targets and product strategies.
3.Analyze and develop solutions based on platform performance, competitor activities, and store sales data.
4.Collaborate across departments to resolve operational issues in self-operated stores, such as customer service, systems, and logistics.
5.Manage the self-operated team, implement systematic team management, and empower the operations team.
6.Maintain daily communication with Key Account Managers (KAMs) of various platforms regarding platform activities, resources, and commercial matters.
Requirements:
1.5+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry, with hands-on store operation experience; experience in relevant product categories is preferred.
2.Strong overall management skills in daily marketing, operations, merchandising, and customer service.
3.Proficient in the operations of Indonesian e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, and TikTok; maintain good relationships with platforms and possess the ability to secure strong resources.
4.Fluent in English, excellent communication skills, passionate, resilient, able to coordinate effectively, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.
