As an Inside Sales Executive, you play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction within your organization. Your primary responsibility is to nurture and maintain relationships with existing customers, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services, and ultimately contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to identify and pursue new client opportunities.
  • Craft tailored messaging to effectively engage prospect companies and executives.
  • Qualify prospects by comprehensively understanding their needs and budgetary considerations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions by updating the CRM system.
  • Take full ownership of the lead generation process, from initial contact to order closure.
  • Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.
  • Make a minimum of 70 cold calls per day to potential clients.
  • Receive attractive incentives for successfully closing leads, in addition to a fixed salary.
