Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline of prospective shippers and initiate contact
- Present Logisly to shippers and educate shippers on platform
- Lead all angles of the partnership process from initial contact to contract signing
- Build quotations, manage contract negotiations
- Elicit repeat business including new, profitable ways of working together with shippers
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure that all deliveries are successfully done
- Maintain on-time AR payments and liaise with external & internal finance teams to achieve that
- Achieve partnerships won, shipment volume, and revenue objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in B2B sales or business development; logistics & supply chain experience highly valued
- Strong problem-solving skills including finding new ways to solve shippers’ pain points
- Bachelor's Degree with min GPA 3.0
- Passionate in technology, including the ability to learn about and evangelize technology products
- Adaptative to crossing industries to be able to solve logistics solutions
- Mindset of outserving customers, responsive to inquiries and issues
- Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
- Working location: Surabaya (East Java)
