Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and product offerings to maximize sales growth.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of sales strategies and team performance.
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to ensure alignment with the overall business goals.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of successful sales leadership and strategy development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data and market insights.
- Ability to think strategically and make decisions that align with the company's long-term objectives.
