- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with partners (Distributors & Pareto Stores).
- Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure their needs are being met.
- Capable of understanding market conditions and creating strategies for distribution development.
- Stay updated on company offerings and trends in the Health & Beauty category.
- Handle complaints and negotiations from Distributors and/or Pareto Stores.
- Create bi-weekly & monthly reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading a Commercial / Business Development / Sales Division (Preferably experience in Retail Company / E-Commerce)
- Experience in planning forecasts and implementing sales strategies
- Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness are essential
- Demonstrated strong leadership abilities
- Proficient in time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
