Key Responsibilities
Channel Strategy Development:
- Create and execute strategies to meet sales targets and drive growth.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for tailored channel plans.
Channel Partner Management:
- Build strong relationships with key partners (accounts, retailers, e-commerce).
- Conduct reviews, negotiate contracts, and address challenges for growth.
In-Store Excellence:
- Optimize product placement, shelf space, and visual merchandising.
- Implement promotions and train retail staff for consistent brand representation.
- Monitor adherence to brand guidelines and analyze market feedback.
Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification:
- Analyze trends, customer needs, and competitors to expand channels.
- Use data insights to enhance channel performance.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Set sales forecasts and targets, monitor performance, and provide guidance.
- Enhance product availability and visibility across all channels.
Product Launches & Promotions:
- Coordinate marketing efforts for product launches and promotions.
- Ensure partner training and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Compliance & Brand Standards:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and conduct regular audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field; high school graduates may also apply.
- 1-5 years experience in channel management, sales, or business development (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong knowledge of distribution, retail, and e-commerce in health and beauty.
- Proven sales growth and in-store execution experience.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Peluncuran Produk: Mendukung peluncuran produk dan kampanye promosi dengan mitra.
- Kepatuhan Merek: Memastikan semua aktivitas sesuai dengan standar merek dan melakukan audit rutin.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK, idealnya Sarjana di bidang bisnis atau pemasaran.
- Pengalaman: 1-5 tahun di manajemen channel atau penjualan (fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar).
- Keahlian: Pengetahuan tentang distribusi, ritel, dan e-commerce, kemampuan analitis, serta keterampilan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang kuat.
- Bersedia bepergian untuk mengunjungi mitra dan lokasi ritel.
