  • Set sales forecasts and targets, monitor performance, and provide guidance.
  • Enhance product availability and visibility across all channels.

Product Launches & Promotions:

  • Coordinate marketing efforts for product launches and promotions.
  • Ensure partner training and evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Compliance & Brand Standards:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and conduct regular audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field; high school graduates may also apply.
  • 1-5 years experience in channel management, sales, or business development (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong knowledge of distribution, retail, and e-commerce in health and beauty.
  • Proven sales growth and in-store execution experience.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK, idealnya Sarjana di bidang bisnis atau pemasaran.
  • Pengalaman: 1-5 tahun di manajemen channel atau penjualan (fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar).
  • Keahlian: Pengetahuan tentang distribusi, ritel, dan e-commerce, kemampuan analitis, serta keterampilan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang kuat.
  • Bersedia bepergian untuk mengunjungi mitra dan lokasi ritel.
