- Build and maintain a professional relationship and network with new and existing customers to expand the business by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Conduct company research to develop a potential business for customers
- Responsible for analyzing and monitoring the service process to run smoothly as well as resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust
- Prepare regular sales progress daily, weekly, and monthly
- Proactively establish and maintain effective teamwork relationships with all relevant departments
- Schedule advance working appointments and respond promptly
- Implement working instructions related to business processes according to customer needs
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- Having 2 years of working experience in Sales or Business Development
- Having experience in Logistics/Express company preferred
- Having experience in managing Aggregator/Platform, Social Commerce, or Brand owner clients
- Good Communication skills & able to communicate in English (both spoken and written)
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented
- Multi-tasking
