- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue goals. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, monitoring key sales metrics
- Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and market reach
- Store Management: Monitor store performance, optimize retail presence, and implement strategies to improve profitability
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a collaborative, results-driven sales and marketing team
- Market Growth: Identify opportunities for business expansion through market analysis and new partnerships
- Strategic Planning: Set KPIs, forecast budgets, and align sales and marketing plans with business objectives

- Expertise in sales forecasting, target setting, and CRM tools
- Experience in brand positioning, market research, and marketing campaigns
- Proficient in data analysis and decision-making
