Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the entry and exit procedures of local employees in Indonesia, including data collection, contract signing, resignation handover, and file management.

2. Formulate and improve the local performance evaluation system and organize its implementation, and be responsible for the calculation and payment of employee salaries.

3. Be familiar with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia, handle employee social security, provident fund and other welfare matters, and assist in handling related issues and disputes.

4. Maintain close contact with the Human Resources Department of the China headquarters, report work progress and problems, implement the personnel policy requirements of the headquarters, and maintain good communication with local labor departments, social security agencies, etc. to safeguard the company's legitimate rights and interests.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in human resources management and other related majors.

2. More than 3 years of human resources work experience, with experience in human resources work in multinational companies or Chinese companies preferred.

3. Familiar with local labor laws and regulations and personnel work processes in Indonesia.

4. Fluent in Chinese, able to communicate smoothly with the China headquarters and local employees.
