Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to drive strategic HR initiatives, foster a strong organizational culture, and oversee key HR functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and hands-on HR experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage the performance management framework, ensuring clear KPIs and development plans.
• Drive employee engagement and employee relations initiatives to foster a positive work environment and culture.
• Lead compensation, benefits, and payroll processes to ensure competitive and compliant practices.
• Lead learning and development programs to strengthen employee skills and overall workforce performance.
• Lead organizational change management initiatives and communicate effectively to all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions.
• Mentor and lead HR teams to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, including 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive change management initiatives and improve organizational processes.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll tools, and HR analytics.
• Excellent command in English
