  • Analyze HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Mentor and lead HR teams to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, including 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive change management initiatives and improve organizational processes.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll tools, and HR analytics.
  • Excellent command in English
