The position supports to the Camp Manager and Department Heads in all decisions relating to people matters for this luxury hotel property. The role helps to drive organisational performance on the objectives of:
- Quality through effective recruitment, development, and engagement of capable and motivated team members
- Performance through robust performance management, reward and recognition
- Compliance through compliant and efficient HR Operations, policies & procedures
- Prepare the hotel HR budget and business plan
- Manage all vacancies and recruitment function, in line with budget requirements, reviewing where necessary in line with operational needs
- Foster a supportive work environment and ensure employee well-being
- Oversee recruitment and hiring processes effectively
- Design and implement onboarding programs and training initiatives to help new hires integrate smoothly into the company
- Responsibilities handling Indonesian permit
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and industry standards
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to work systematically, responsibly, and with excellent organization
- Enthusiastic and committed to building strong working relationship at the resort and the local communities
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll software
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Human Resources Manager or similar role in a luxury service environment
- Candidate Must be an Indonesian citizen
