Qualifications:
Minimum S1 in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment.
Ability in recruitment: understand and manage all stages of recruitment, from preparing job descriptions to selecting candidates.
Experience in using recruitment tools (for example, job board platforms, LinkedIn, and ATS).
Ability to conduct psychological assessments to assess candidates' competencies and character.
Good communication skills, both in direct interviews and through digital platforms.
Good understanding of the latest labor market trends and recruitment tactics.
Ability to work with targets and fulfill recruitment needs quickly and precisely.
Negotiation skills related to job offers and compensation.
