Job Position: HRD Staff
Location: South Tangerang & Cileungsi, Kab. Bogor
Responsibilities:
- Assist and take part in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, psychological assessment, and conducting initial interviews, as well as scheduling.
- Manage and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and data entry.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee inquiries and provide information about company policies and benefits.
- Help in organizing employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the same position for at least 2 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Familiar with Psychological Test Tool
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HR software systems and Google Workspace.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Willing to be placed in Cileungsi Office (WFO).
