Job Descriptions

  • Oversee and manage daily HR operations to ensure efficient and effective HR services delivery.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with company standards and local labor laws.
  • Provide legal advice and support on a range of corporate legal matters, including contract review, corporate governance, and dispute resolution.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory filings and documentation required for product registration, renewal, and compliance with BPOM regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between local regulatory or legal authorities and expatriate staff, ensuring clear and effective interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a must; proficiency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in handling expatriate relations.
  • Ability to analyze complex legal and regulatory issues and provide clear, actionable advice.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
