Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns, grievances and conflicts.
  • Mediate and resolve disputes between employees and management, promoting a harmonious work environment.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state and federal labor laws, regulations and industry standards, including vendor and in-house vendors.
  • Assist in development and revision of employee handbooks, codes of conduct and other internal policies.
  • Support the management team in maintaining positive relation with unions/ministry of manpower.
  • Promote a culture of trust, transparency and mutual respect in the workplace.
  • Conduct investigations related to performance issue, misconduct, or violations of company policies, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Maintain records of employee relations cases in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Work closely with other HR team member to support audit, training, and other HR process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Law or related field (GPA >3.00).
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in Employee Relations in manufacturing company (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and conflict resolution practices.
  • Proven experience in resolving employee disputes and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and strong problem solving skills.
  • Strong attention to details and have a good responsibility attitude.

Samsung Electronics Indonesia will never charge you at any stage in the recruitment process.

This is a longstanding scam used by criminal groups. This scam has affected job seekers looking for work from many reputable companies and organizations.

In order to prevent from recruitment scams:

1. Don't respond to unsolicited offers from people you don't know

2. Don't disclose personal or financial information to anyone you don't know

3. Check for grammatical or spelling errors in the document as these are often a warning sign of fraud

4. Beware of employers or agents using webmail email addresses such as @Yahoo @Hotmail or other free webmail domains

5. If you are asked for anything from a recruiter on behalf of us, please contact the local police as this is most likely a scam.
