Responsibilities
- Monitor the organizational structure of the government at local, regional, and central levels to track changes/transfers of policy makers.
- Prepare and ensure meeting schedules with government stakeholders and prepare the pre-meeting substance to ensure the meeting's objectives are met, as well as prepare a well-organized and contextual summary of the meeting results.
- Review, monitor, and prepare substance summaries related to government regulations that are relevant to the company’s projects/programs.
- Conduct regular fieldwork for purposes such as field surveys, data synchronization, preparation for government stakeholder visits, and/or socialization with village officials.
- Prepare monthly reports, documentation of government visit agendas, and complete other important decks to support the delivery of work results and/or work substance to internal and external parties.
- Draft official letters to key government stakeholders for requests related to permits, approvals, confirmation letters, and/or clarification letters.
- Develop action plans and/or follow-up plans for ongoing projects and present these plans to the Director.
Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Public Policy / Law / International Relations / Public Relations.
- Have experience min. 1 year in project management as a project manager or field coordinator.
- Have knowledge about Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Industri.
- Have a solid understanding of government bureaucracy, government regulations/policies, and stay updated with the latest news.
- Have exposure and self-branding within the scope of the West Java Government and/or the Central Government.
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java (Subang Smartpolitan Project)
