The PR Executive is all about managing the relationship between customers and the company, especially with Key Account Customer and Government Customer. This position requires a dynamic individual with technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales instinct to promote IAT’s products across targeted customers in Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development of key customers in Indonesia, especially in palm oil industry, and promote the application of NIRS analytical instrument in Indonesia.
  • Establish good relationships with the customer community in the local palm oil industry to achieve sales target.
  • Complete understanding of Account Stakeholders, Profiling, Decision-making tree as well as planning & execution of targeted interventions.
  • To understand account-specific hurdles & co-create solutions with Stakeholders to develop relevant value propositions.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate support and travel schedules and reports on a timely basis to guide sales and business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in PR or Business Development.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skill, able to work individually and in team.
  • Willing to travel extensively (up to 75%) to customer site all over Indonesia.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
  • Able to communicate and hold conversations in Hokkien & Mandarin is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer and office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the palm oil industry, especially with the local Chinese community is a plus.
  • Experience in Government Tender business and Palm Oil Industry is a plus.
