Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the COO and other stakeholders to develop and execute integrated marketing and PR strategies that align with business goals.
• Manage corporate communication, media relation, and crisis management to build and enhance brand reputation.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital,offline,B2B,B2G) to drive engagement and market penetration.
• Establish and maintain relationship with industry partners, agencies, and media outlets to drive brand visibility and thought leadership.
• Oversee content creation, branding, and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen executive and corporate visibility.
• Analyze market trends, campaign performance, and customer insights to refine strategies and optimize marketing impact.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experiences and strong knowledge in IT industry.
• Proven experience in marketing, PR, or corporate communication, preferably in B2B or tech consulting industries.
• Demonstrated ability to develop branding and PR strategies, manage campaigns, and handle complex communication challenges.
• Strong skills in performance-based marketing including SEO, paid media management and ads analytics.
• Experience managing corporate reputation, public affairs, and crisis communications.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, able to work effectively with leadership and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
