Network Distribution Specialist

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Business, logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Have experiences in related position min. 5 years.
  • Experience managing vendors and maintaining relationships with distribution partners.
  • Strong understanding of distribution networks, including transportation/logistics infrastructure and supply chain management solutions.
  • Have broad connection with courier and transportation vendor.
  • Be able working individually or teamwork
  • Familiar and proficient on Spreadsheet, Excel, or Ms Office tools.
  • Good administration and reporting skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Have a broad network in the courier and logistics industry.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Willing to travel across region if needed

Job Descriptions

  • Create SOP or WI as guidance for Courier in their daily operation process.
  • Ensure the initiative can be accomplished on time, effective and scalable.
  • Identify opportunities to expand distribution network with new partners.
  • Create boosting initiative to increase courier (rider and driver) productivity to optimal level.
  • Minimizing the number of failed deliveries within the Last Mile activity to ensure the quality of delivery services based on company needed.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and services.
  • Ensure the availability of efficient and reliable distribution channels for delivery throughout Indonesia.
  • Analyse distribution routes and optimize delivery processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Providing the analytics and reporting about daily operation.
  • Monitor & evaluate to ensure the courier and transportation vendor based on company SLA and KPI.
