Requirement

• Proven experience in sales, with track record meeting or exceeding sales target will be added advantage

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluency in English both writing and speaking is a must

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities

• Ability to understand and analysize sales performance metrics

• Strong organization and time management skills

• Self motivated and goal oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets

• Ability to work independently and as well as in a team environment

• High level of integrity and a professional attitude

Job description

• Identify International potential customers, establish relationships, and maintain a robust pipeline of lead through various channels such as email, cold calling and referrals

• Conduct detailed product or service presentation to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features to meet their needs and close sales deals

• Onboard and nurture partnerships with International Distributors, Resellers, Sales Agents

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure mutual success.

• Conduct market research to identify Global emerging trends and opportunities.⁠

• Strong negotiation skills⁠

• Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and optimize partner performance.

• Represent the company as a trusted partner and advocate for sustainable aquatics solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Proactively identify challenges and propose solutions for improvement.

• Track and report on business development activities, analyzing partner performance.

• Meet or exceed sales target and quotas set by the management. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecast to track performance and strategize future sales activities
