This role leading the delivery of Sales and Distribution Systems, Partner Relationship Management, and Distribution Management Systems. Responsibilities include defining requirements, managing delivery methodologies, overseeing developers and vendors, budgeting, and interfacing with stakeholders. The focus is on continuous improvement, agility, and efficiency in delivery processes.
- Assess, define, formulate and review solution, manage delivery for application and system related to Channel and Sales and Distribution specifically for Sales Core System Delivery
- Manage application developers and vendor partners for Agile and Waterfall (two-speeds operational approaches) for solution, development and delivery of the required application and system.
- Manage bucket man-days for development and delivery support form vendor.
- Subject matter expert for technical business solution and delivery support to ensure that the project deliverables are in accordance to the defined solution and time plan
- Quality of the services monitoring after activation and or launching in the live system to ensure and to improve the quality delivery of the services
- Minimum University Degree (S1), with major study in Informatics / Computer / Electrical / Telecommunication / Industrial Engineering.
- Agile certification is an advantage.
- Has experience at minimum 5 years in telecommunication industry, especially in Sales and Distribution and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) technology design, solution and delivery would be an advantage
- Excellent communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Excellent technical writing and reporting.
- Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent knowledge of telecommunication business in general.
- Excellent understanding of general and specific business processes within the business users.
- Excellent knowledge of IT system landscape and technology roadmap.
- Excellent in analytical thinking
- Capable of working independently and as a member of team
- Has an excellent knowledge of Sales Core system, Partner Relationship Management (PRM), Distribution Management System (DMS), Card and Voucher Management.
- Has an Excellent knowledge of Agile Framework and Waterfall Methodology
- Extensive experience in managing end-to-end demand lifecycle process (requirement, solution and delivery), budget, governance and resources.
- Has an Excellent end to end Delivery Management (Project Management / Scrum Master / Vendor Management)
- Very good understanding of the overall system architecture and end to end system integration, IT application and system solution and design, database design, infrastructure design and services of the telco
- Very good understanding of the system bucket man-days management, review, optimize and approve bucket to keep budget stability.
- Has a good knowledge in Infrastructure in the area of server, storage, database, cloud & virtualization, backup system, desktop, local/wide area network, data center and disaster recovery.
- Has a good knowledge of Business Process Framework, Application Framework and Information Framework.
- Familiarity with Enterprise-Architecture
