We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, digital advertising, and conversion optimization. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance-based campaigns across various channels to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid search, display, social media, and other performance-driven campaigns to maximize customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights to drive cost-efficiency and increase conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and creatives to improve campaign performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to design compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and offers.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring campaigns meet revenue, conversion, and ROI targets.
  • Develop and manage digital budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of spend across channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns with a focus on performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROI).
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and report on ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
