We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing (Ads Specialist) to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and other Pay-Per-Click (PPC) channels. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital advertising, audience targeting, and performance analytics to drive ROI and maximize ad spend efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience segmentation to improve campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics, providing actionable insights to increase conversions.
Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing page recommendations to enhance engagement (using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop is a plus point)
Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital advertising.
Manage budgets effectively to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad alignment with marketing strategies.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend optimizations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience in Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and PPC campaign management (please submit portfolio)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
Experience with retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking.
Ability to write high-converting ad copy and design eye-catching visuals (basic graphic design skills are a plus).
Knowledge of bid strategies, campaign budgeting, and performance tracking.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Must be able to communicate in English, both written and spoken
