We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist (Contract) who will play a crucial role in our marketing team. This role is designed for a dynamic individual who excels in advertising, project management, creative direction, and talent management. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Shopee, Meta, and CPAS, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.

ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Advertising- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on TikTok, Shopee, Meta, and CPAS.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret ad performance metrics to improve ROI and reduce CPA.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and marketing funnels to enhance conversion rates.
- Develop data-driven marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines for all ad placements.
- Lead and manage end-to-end marketing projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Work cross-functionally with designers, content creators, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Track project progress, manage budgets, and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement solutions to achieve targets.
- Oversee ad creative development, ensuring high-quality content for social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Work with designers and content creators to produce engaging, trend-driven visuals and copy.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing and apply innovative strategies.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to enhance campaign reach.
- Guide and manage talent to ensure brand alignment and high-quality content production.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships with talents to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee the performance of brand representatives, ensuring they meet campaign goals.
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, advertising, and e-commerce campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Proficiency in TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Meta Ads, and CPAS.
- Project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong creative direction skills, with experience in developing engaging digital content.
- Experience in talent management and working with influencers or brand ambassadors.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
