Responsibilities
- Developing and executing both short- and long-term marketing strategies across online and offline channels to enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and drive revenue
- Planning and developing overall brand strategies and implementing marketing plans to align with brand direction
- Collaborating with the Sales Analyst to develop monthly and yearly sales forecasts, track campaign performance, and identify the highest ROI offers

Qualifications
1. Marketing Experience & Industry Knowledge
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury brands, lifestyle, hospitality, or high-value assets (e.g., real estate, private jets, fine jewellery, premium automotive industries)
- Understanding of affluent clientele and high-net-worth individuals, particularly in Indonesia and the Asia-Pacific region
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a creative and results-driven mindset
2. Digital & Content Marketing Expertise
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content creation
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM software, and email marketing platforms
- Ability to create engaging content and oversee high-quality visual branding and storytelling
3. Event & Brand Management
- Experience in planning and managing luxury events, sponsorships, or brand collaborations
- Strong ability to create a premium brand experience through digital, print, and event marketing
- Passion for building relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners to enhance brand exposure
4. Strategic Thinking & Growth Mindset
