  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and make data-driven optimizations
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve results
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize performance and ROI
  • Collaborate with the creative team and social media team to develop high-converting ad creatives.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and SEO team to develop high-converting landing pages and conduct some keyword research
  • Work closely with the business and sales team to analyze insights and translate them into actionable marketing strategies
  • Set up and refine tracking for conversions, ensuring accurate measurement and reporting
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, new ad features, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge
  • Report campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations to the Performance Marketing Lead and the Marketing Manager on a weekly basis
  • Report hypothesis testing to the Performance Marketing Lead on a monthly basis

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any related field at reputable university with a strong quantitative background with GPA at least 3.5
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing (Min 1-2 years), extensive experiences in managing in-house digital performance marketing, especially in managing ads for acquisition campaigns. Highly proficient in using digital ads platform such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Tiktok Ads
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Able to generate clear & meaningful reports by utilizing Trackers (e.g. UTM) and Data Processing (e.g. Spreadsheets)
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Creative in devising digital campaigns that engage consumers the most. Starting with identifying the correct target audiences and their behavior, until developing marketing materials including but not limited to copy, ads, and landing page
  • Experienced in setting up ads and analytics platform integration (for mobile app and website) with third parties (ex-Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, Clarity) for campaign set-up and tracking purposes
  • Experience at technology companies (such as e-commerce, online-travel, mobile-gaming, etc) is preferable
  • Have basic understanding of organic acquisition such as App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
