We are looking for an experienced and motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in developing and executing social media and digital marketing campaigns to drive growth and engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and Execute Digital Campaigns

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies, focusing on social media platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns through platform-specific tools such as Ad Manager to maximise results.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different strategies for continuous performance improvement.

Content Creation and Ad Copywriting

  • Work collaboratively with the creative team to ensure engaging and on-brand visual assets.
  • Work with the design team to create landing page wireframes and coordinate with designers to ensure alignment with marketing goals.

Campaign Monitoring and Optimisation

  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide detailed analysis and reporting.
  • Track KPIs and ROI to assess the effectiveness of each campaign and suggest data-driven optimisations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as design, tech, and SEO, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Website and Content Management:
  • Ensure client websites and landing pages are up-to-date and aligned with current campaigns.
  • Work with development teams to maintain the accuracy and functionality of digital assets.

Performance Tracking and Monitoring

  • Daily Monitoring: Keep a close watch on campaign metrics (clicks, impressions, CTR, conversions, CPC, CPA) to ensure campaigns are running smoothly and to identify any sudden changes.
  • Alert Management: Set up alerts for significant shifts in performance metrics to catch issues early and react quickly.

Campaign Performance Reporting

  • Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Reports: Prepare regular performance reports to share with stakeholders, showing key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Executive Summary: Provide high-level summaries for leadership with insights into budget utilisation, ROI, and any necessary adjustments.
  • Visual Reports: Design visualisations (charts, graphs) to make data more accessible and easier to interpret for clients and internal teams.
  • Collecting Data Across Platforms: Gather data from multiple sources (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok etc.) to have a comprehensive view of campaign performance.
  • Integrating Data: Use platforms like Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio to provide a holistic view of the customer journey.

Optimisation and Strategic Recommendations

  • Budget Allocation: Use data insights to recommend shifts in budget, maximising high-performing segments and adjusting low-performing areas.
  • Ad Copy and Landing Page Analysis: Review ad copy and landing page data to spot any improvements for conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
  • Competitor Analysis

Experimentation and Testing

  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to determine which elements drive the best results.
  • New Strategies: Experiment with new audience segments, campaign strategies, or ad formats based on analytics findings.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience running campaigns across major social media platforms.
  • Proven expertise in using Ad Manager for campaign setup and management.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and analysing performance.

Technical and Platform Knowledge

  • Hands-on experience with platform-specific tools and best practices for optimising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of current trends and innovations in performance marketing and social media advertising.
