We are seeking a highly potential Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital ads strategies, SEO & website content development, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize our marketing efforts in all brands across Talenesia’s ecosystem.

Job description:

1. Ads Strategy & Planning:

a. Develop and execute comprehensive digital ads strategies for Talenesia and its associated brands.

b. Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to identify target demographics and interests.

c. Define campaign objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budget allocation.

d. Identify paid ads strategies, campaign forecasts, tactics, and channels to drive new user acquisition, activation, and retention.

e. Plan, implement, and manage campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance marketing channels to be aligned with company goals.

f. Utilize A/B testing and experimentation to optimize ad performance and maximize return on investment (ROI).

2. Ads Analysis & Iteration:

a. Monitor digital ads campaign performance across all brands.

b. Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.

c. Track performance metrics for social media ads across various platforms.

d. Implement iterative improvements to ads based on performance data, ensuring continuous enhancement of ad effectiveness.

3. Ads Reporting:

a. Generate regular reports on key metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA).

b. Prepare and present reports on social media ad performance (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly).

c. Identify areas for improvement in future social media advertising campaigns based on data insights.

d. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement recommendations and enhance social media ad strategies.

4. SEO and Website Content Development:

a. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

b. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to align with SEO best practices.

c. Collaborate with the product team to ensure website content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for search engines.

d. Monitor website analytics to assess content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirement:

2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social media advertising. Experience in the education, HR, or related fields is a plus.

3. Education: Holds a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

4. Digital Marketing Mindset: Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

5. Ads Management: Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and other relevant advertising platforms. In-depth knowledge of social media paid ads, META, Google ads, website design, SEO, and website analytics.

6. Analytical Skill: Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio).

7. Campaign Development: Ability to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns.

8. Data Analysis: Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.

9. Strong Communicator: Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights and recommendations.
