Vacancy: Senior B2B Manager

What You’ll Do:

  • We are looking for a high-performing Senior B2B business development Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team offering our transport services targeting different Airlines, OTA, GDS, DMC, Cruise, and companies.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Meet your own sales target by keep developing new clients like Airlines, DMC, Corporate and enterprise clients, event planners....

Collaborate closely with the internal team to assess results and improve performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of business development experience.
  • Skilled negotiator who creates new ideas for win-win deals.
  • A track record of successfully pitching for new business and increasing revenue through the generation of leads.
  • Self-motived, fast-moving environment
  • Professional in presentation and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft dynamic
  • Bachelor’s degree, Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, additional language is plus
  • Experience working with Travel industry (exclusive)
