Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in the pet industry. This role will focus on maximizing the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns across various platforms, including marketplace ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, Shopee CPAS, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, data-driven approach, and a passion for achieving optimal ROAS.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Paid Advertising Strategy:

- Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across multiple channels to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.

- Tailor campaigns to align with company goals, emphasizing customer acquisition and revenue growth.

2. Campaign Management and Optimization:

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize ongoing paid advertising campaigns to ensure the highest possible ROAS.

- Utilize A/B testing and multivariate testing to enhance ad performance and refine targeting strategies.

3. Budget Management:

- Manage the advertising budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across different platforms while optimizing for performance.

- Regularly evaluate spending versus performance to make informed decisions on budget reallocation.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

5. Collaboration with Creative Teams:

- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.

- Ensure that all ads align with brand messaging and campaign objectives.

6. Platform Management:

- Oversee advertising operations on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Shopee CPAS, and TikTok Ads.

- Stay updated on platform features and trends to leverage new opportunities for advertising.

7. Market Research:

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities in paid advertising.

- Analyze customer behavior and preferences to improve targeting and ad effectiveness.

8. A/B Testing and Experimentation:

- Implement A/B testing methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of different ad formats, messages, and audiences.

- Experiment with new ad platforms and strategies to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS): Measure the revenue generated from advertising efforts relative to costs.

- Cost per Acquisition (CPA): Track the average cost spent to acquire a new customer through advertising campaigns.

- Click-Through Rate (CTR): Monitor the effectiveness of ad campaigns based on the percentage of users who click on ads.

- Conversion Rate: Assess the percentage of users who complete desired actions after interacting with ads, such as making a purchase.

- Campaign Performance: Evaluate overall success against predefined goals and provide recommendations for improvement.
