Job Brief:

The Head of Performance Marketing at SATUVISION is a senior leadership role, responsible for developing and executing high-level marketing strategies that drive business growth and optimize client performance across multiple platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising, data analytics, conversion optimization, and revenue-driven strategies. The ideal candidate is a proven leader, capable of managing a team of specialists, overseeing ad spending, and ensuring campaigns deliver the highest ROI / ROAS.

The Head of Performance Marketing will work closely with the executive team to align digital marketing initiatives with company objectives and drive innovation in paid media strategies.

Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and own the overall performance marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Oversee multi-channel advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic platforms, and emerging digital channels.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum efficiency in customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Implement and oversee multi-touch attribution models to analyze marketing effectiveness.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes, proactively adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists, analysts, and ad strategists, ensuring high performance and continuous skill development.
  • Set clear KPIs and performance benchmarks for the team, ensuring they deliver optimized ad campaigns that meet and exceed targets.
  • Foster a high-performance culture, encouraging innovation, strategic thinking, and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with the Creative, Content, and Web Development teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are optimized for conversions and user engagement.
  • Develop structured training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill the team and keep them updated on new trends and technologies.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the strategic lead for high-profile clients, ensuring marketing strategies align with their business goals.
  • Provide consultative insights and strategic recommendations to clients based on data analytics and campaign performance.
  • Participate in key client meetings and sales pitches, driving expansion opportunities for SATUVISION’s performance marketing services.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Account Management teams to develop customized advertising solutions for clients and maximize revenue opportunities.

Budget & Revenue Growth Management

  • Oversee and manage multi-million-dollar media budgets, ensuring ad spend is efficiently allocated across platforms for maximum ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Develop forecasting models and financial projections for performance marketing investments, ensuring business scalability and profitability.
  • Implement cost-control measures to optimize ad spend and ensure the department operates within budget while achieving maximum revenue potential.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities within paid media, data analytics, and automation tools to expand SATUVISION’s service offerings.

Data & Performance Analytics

  • Define and implement advanced analytics frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness, conversions, CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), CLV (Customer Lifetime Value), and ROAS.
  • Lead data visualization and performance reporting initiatives, ensuring actionable insights are delivered to executive leadership and clients.
  • Leverage A/B testing, automation, and AI-driven marketing tools to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts are fully compliant with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant standards).

Process Optimization & Innovation

  • Continuously refine and optimize internal workflows, implementing automation tools for campaign management, audience segmentation, and reporting.
  • Develop SOPs and best practices to ensure scalability and efficiency in execution.
  • Explore new advertising channels, martech solutions, and innovative performance strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  2. 7+ years of experience in performance marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  3. Proven track record in managing large-scale ad budgets and delivering high-ROI campaigns.
  4. Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Deep understanding of digital analytics, attribution modeling, and AI-driven marketing automation.
  7. Experience in team leadership, coaching, and talent development.
  8. Excellent client-facing and communication skills, capable of explaining complex marketing data and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  10. Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
  11. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  12. Candidates must be based in Bali or within a comparable location.
  13. Experience in an agency would be highly preferable.
  14. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Working Hours:
  • 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
  • Day off on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
