Here's what you can look forward to:

• Develop and execute high-impact growth and marketing strategies that align with client objectives, leveraging 360-degree digital marketing expertise to drive sustainable competitive advantage.
• Deeply analyze and understand each client’s business model, growth trajectory, historical data, and past marketing efforts to craft data-driven strategies that maximize impact and long-term success.
• Leverage A/B testing, performance analytics, and market insights to refine strategies, optimize workflows, and ensure continuous improvement in execution and results.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, product, and operations to ensure strategic alignment, seamless execution, and a unified approach to driving business performance.
• Act as a strategic advisor and key client stakeholder, building trusted partnerships, anticipating challenges, and delivering proactive solutions that exceed expectations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, market shifts, and competitive dynamics, identifying strategic opportunities and innovative solutions that position clients for sustained growth.

• You have a proven track record in developing and executing growth and marketing strategies or client-facing roles, ideally within a digital marketing agency, consultancy, or a high-growth business environment. Fresh graduates with exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills are encouraged to apply.
• You are fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills that allow you to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• You excel at managing multiple priorities, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, and delivering results in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
• You possess strong data analysis skills, leveraging insights from market trends, historical data, and campaign performance to make informed, strategic recommendations.
• Experience in managing client accounts, developing strategic roadmaps, or leading growth initiatives is a plus.
