  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Performance Specialist!

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop customized digital strategies aligned with client goals & KPIs
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for maximum impact
  • Analyze performance data, provide insights, and enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Manage budgets efficiently to drive growth and maximize ROI
  • Use data-driven approaches to boost basket size and customer loyalty
  • Conduct A/B testing for creative, landing pages, and audience targeting
  • Research audiences & refine targeting strategies across platforms
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies & brand guidelines
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 2+ years in performance marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Expertise in multi-platform campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, DV360, Programmatic Ads, etc)
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Ads, Data Studio, FB Business Manager, Appsflyer
  • Experience in conversion tracking, pixel setup & event optimization
  • Strong negotiation, communication, collaboration skills & problem-solving mindset
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint & TikTok certifications are a plus
  • Fluent in English
