Responsibilities:

1. Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for financial products across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other digital advertising platforms.

2. Analyze performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align promotional strategies with overall business objectives.

4. Research and identify new opportunities for growth and audience engagement within digital advertising channels.

5. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge in marketing strategies.

6. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

7. Manage budgets efficiently to ensure effective allocation of resources and cost optimization.

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in promoting financial products.

2. Proficiency in campaign management on platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other major digital channels.

3. Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, tools, and techniques, including A/B testing, retargeting, and audience segmentation.

4. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and presentation skills. Able to speak Chinese is preferred.

6. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in financial product marketing is a plus.
