Job Description :

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for exhibitions and corporate events.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and create content marketing strategies, including social media posts, blogs, and email marketing.
  • ⁠Optimize SEO & SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • ⁠Implement email marketing automation and CRM campaigns to nurture leads.
  • ⁠Work closely with the creative team to produce engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and video content.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and continuously improve ad performance.
  • Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Looker, Data Studio, or other BI tools to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve lead nurturing and conversions.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • ⁠2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and performance marketing, preferably in event organizing, exhibitions, or B2B industries.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (Looker, Data Studio, or Excel for reporting).
  • Strong understanding of customer journey, lead generation, and conversion funnel optimization.
  • Experience in email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools) is a plus.
  • ⁠Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.⁠
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, handling multiple campaigns and tight deadlines.
