  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist at PT DEWAWEB in West Jakarta. The Specialist will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk support. The role involves providing support to customers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS/PHP/MySQL/WordPress
  • Experience with WordPress development is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ready to work oh shift schedule
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
