• Enhance pre-sales customer interactions for a better experience.

Qualifications
• 2+ years' experience in Sales Engineer or similar role with large, global organizations; experience with technical enterprise products preferred.
• Proven track record in enhancing pre-sales customer experience.
• Experience in technical and compliance support for B2B SaaS products.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, especially with executives.
• Humble, proactive, and willing to assist others.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently or in a group.
• Understanding of software development cycle and programming tools (plus).
