  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Jobdesc:

  • Will be expected to self-handedly manage legal matters such as contracting, licensing, and litigation management in Property/Real Estate Industrial.
  • Manage document contracts, obtain, and renew licenses and permits, manage litigation, and other functions as may be required by the company
  • Mastering in Litigation relevant to Property/Real Estate
  • Collecting data and compiling data and evidence, documents on litigation cases that are being carried out.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law
  • Have at least 3 years experiences as Head of Legal (Property/Real Estate Industry)
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking and good interpersonal skill
  • Able to work accurately and under-pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with court procedures and proceedings
  • Have an Advocate License
