As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing strategies to drive the growth of our business. You will work cross-functionally with the Business Development, Marketing, and Product Management teams to enhance service performance, drive revenue, and increase traffic and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop growth strategies by analyzing the market, audience, and competition in the legal platform industry.
- Drive revenue growth through planning and executing effective marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Product team to identify service improvement opportunities that maximize client satisfaction.
- Implement initiatives focused on increasing traffic, client acquisition, and conversion rates.
- Measure, analyze, and report on growth strategy performance, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Develop strategic collaborations to support business development and market expansion within the legal platform sector.
- Optimize the customer funnel to improve retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, and Product Management.
- Experience in the technology or platform-based services industry, preferably in the legal platform or legal tech sector.
- In-depth understanding of growth hacking strategies, funnel optimization, and client acquisition.
- Target-oriented, analytical, and able to identify business growth opportunities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding communication skills and presentation skills.
- Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Ahrefs etc) and A/B testing to measure strategy effectiveness.
- Solid understanding of digital products, UX, and the customer journey.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
