  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Understand and implement the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values

2. Execute and manage daily business operations in line with organizational goals.

3. Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement

  • Lead the execution and optimization of operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in business execution.
  • Monitor and improve the company’s operational workflows, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support current and future business needs.

4. Financial Oversight & Reporting

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and tracking financial performance, including managing P&L for PopStar’s business units.
  • Ensure cost-effective operations by monitoring and managing operational expenses and resources.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the CBO, CEO, and key stakeholders to align operational execution with business goals.
  • Provide leadership to operational teams, ensuring collaboration with sales and other departments.

6. Assist in identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities by analyzing market gaps and competitors’ movements.

7. Work with business development and sales teams to drive growth initiatives and help prioritize strategic actions.

8. Operational Troubleshooting

  • Proactively address operational challenges and implement solutions to streamline processes and drive faster execution.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or any related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing multiple business units.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with senior management and operational teams.
  • Expertise in operational processes, efficiency optimization, and the implementation of SOPs.
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and driving continuous improvements.
