Job Responsibilities- Oversee the overall planning and operations of the TikTok e-commerce business, develop growth strategies, and executive them effectively- Conduct in-depth research on the Indonesian market, identify customer needs, and formulate localized product selection and marketing plans- Build and manage the TikTok operational team, including content creation, live stream planning and ad placement, ensuring efficient team performance- Liaise with TikTok representatives to understand platform rules, campaigns, and new features to drive traffic and conversions- Develop and maintain partnerships with local KOL(s)/KOC(s) to establish a robust content marketing ecosystem- Monitor and analyze business data, regularly generate performance reports, and optimize strategies to improve ROI- Oversee supply chain and logistics to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction- Manage budgets and allocate resource effectively to meet sales target and increase profitability- Stay informed on industry trends, monitor competitors, and maintain a competitive edge in the market- Other responsibilitiesNecessary Skill / Experience ・Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/related・Business English proficiency・Min. 5 years of experience of experience handling TikTok e-commerce operations for FMCG industry (with various products) and have experience in leading live streaming team with a strong, proven track record in TikTok operations and sales, with at least 2 leadership experience・Deep understanding of Indonesian market, customer behavior, and product demand, excellent leadership and team management abilities to motivate the team towards achieving goals・Fast paced, good communication skill, good management skillPreferable Skill / Experience・Able to speak in Mandarin
